More proposed multi-family housing in Suffolk county

Check out our multi-family housing and development map that’s part of our new website’s interactive tools meant to empower you with data.

At 107 proposals, Suffolk County has twice the number of proposed multi-family housing developments than Nassau County does (47 proposals).

A majority of the Suffolk County proposals, 71% of them, are rental developments. They average 142 units on 8.3 acres per proposal, but this will likely vary a great deal between proposals.
